The Sanderum Centre has gone from strength to strength over the past number of years, with our client base, and the range of business support services we are able to provide, growing considerably as a result. Headed by Katie Holliday as Business Centre Manager, with Gemma and Sally as Centre Co-ordinators, our team’s primary focus is on providing a comprehensive, customer-responsive and cost-effective service to clients for many more years to come.

Katie Holliday – Business Centre Manager


Katie joined The Sanderum Centre in 2003 as a Receptionist for our Chinnor site and over the course of the past 16 years has become a wonderful, highly skilled and much valued Business Centre Manager and the heart and soul of The Sanderum Centre team.


Naturally vivacious and personable, Katie is the chatterbox of our team – a quality which ensures she effortlessly gets to know each and every client and their business. This is vital in ensuring she can provide whatever professional administrative and secretarial support they may require, either as an ongoing commitment or on an ad-hoc basis covering periods of holiday, sickness or increased capacity.


Katie is also the first port of call for new and prospective clients, with primary responsibility for letting office space and ensuring new clients are settled into their new space and aware of all the facilities and support available to them.


Unsurprisingly, feedback from clients is unanimous in their praise of Katie in her role as Business Centre Manager – she’s professional, highly skilled and, with vast experience of the Receptionist role alongside that of Centre Manager, she oversees our entire operation to ensure the team continuously strive to meet and exceed customer expectations.



Sally Hayle – Centre Coordinator, Thame


Sally joined our team in 2015, with a fantastic track record in the hospitality industry, previously running her own successful public house and restaurant business, where supreme organisational and juggling skills are some of the many myriad demands of the role. With her energy and enthusiasm, and her wonderful sense of humour, Sally is the very epitome of a warm and welcoming pub landlady – skills we’re delighted to say she brought to The Sanderum Centre in abundance (and, amusingly, having traded the bar stool for a comfortable office chair, we’ve finally been able to reassure Sally that she no longer needs to stand up every time a client walks into the building!)


Gemma Long – Centre Coordinator, Thame


Gemma joined The Sanderum Centre in 2017 after experience of working in a variety of customer and public-facing roles, notably in the travel and retail sectors, where she gained incredible skills and experience dealing with customers and ensuring their complete satisfaction. Gemma is supremely conscientious, enthusiastic, hard-working, and, as a busy mum of two, totally unflappable – all reasons why she is the perfect fit for our team and for our busy Centre Coordinator role.
