The Sanderum Centre has gone from strength to strength over the past number of years, with our client base, and the range of business support services we are able to provide, growing considerably as a result.

Headed by Caroline Cope as Managing Director and Katie Holliday as Business Centre Manager, our amazing team comprises Sally and Nicola as Centre Co-ordinators in Thame, and Dawn and Dee as Centre Co-ordinators in Chinnor, who all work incredibly hard to provide a warm and welcoming working environment for everyone at each of our three centres.

If you’d like to know a little more about the team, we have put together a short summary below, however if you have any particular queries, or would like to meet us to discuss your requirements in person, please don’t hesitate to give us a call. We look forward to welcoming you to The Sanderum Centre soon.

Business Centre Manager | ChINNOR & THAME

Katie joined The Sanderum Centre in 2003 as a Receptionist for our Chinnor site and over the course of the past 18 years has become a wonderful, highly skilled and much valued Business Centre Manager and the heart and soul of The Sanderum Centre team.

Naturally vivacious and personable, Katie is the chatterbox of our team – a quality which ensures she gets to know each and every client and their business. This is vital in ensuring she can provide whatever professional administrative and secretarial support they may require, either as an ongoing commitment or on an ad-hoc basis covering periods of holiday, sickness or increased capacity.

Katie is also the first port of call for new and prospective clients, with primary responsibility for letting office space and ensuring new clients are settled into their new space and aware of all the facilities and support available to them.

Unsurprisingly, feedback from clients is always unanimous in their praise of Katie in her role as Business Centre Manager – she’s professional, highly skilled and, with vast experience of the Receptionist role alongside that of Centre Manager, she oversees our entire operation to ensure the team continuously strive to meet and exceed customer expectations.

Sally Hayle

Sally joined our team in 2015, with a fantastic track record in the hospitality industry, previously running her own successful public house and restaurant business, where supreme organisational and juggling skills are some of the many myriad demands of the role.

With her energy and enthusiasm, and her wonderful sense of humour, Sally is the very epitome of a warm and welcoming pub landlady – skills we’re delighted to say she brought to The Sanderum Centre in abundance. With her ready smile and incredible work ethic, Sally always goes the extra mile – the clients and team love her and we honestly don’t know what we’d do without her!

Nicola Thomas

Nicola joined us in 2020 as Centre Co-Ordinator in our Thame office, where she works three days a week job-sharing with Sally.

Nicola was a rare find, having previously worked as the manager at Watlington Business Centre, which means she joined us with an incredible set of skills and experience gained in the same industry. Our very own diamond! Supremely calm under pressure and impeccably organised, Nicola excels at being front of house and has already proven herself to be a true asset, both to clients and the rest of our team.

Dawn Hazell

Dawn also joined us in 2020, working three days a week as Centre Co-Ordinator at our Chinnor office.

Dawn comes with a solid wealth of experience, not least the skills she has gained running her own business alongside her husband, which is where she devotes her time when she’s not at Sanderum. Conscientious, hard-working and with fantastic administrative and customer service skills, Dawn slotted right in with exactly the right personality and skillset, and hit the ground running. Calm, capable and extremely conscientious, Dawn is a wonderful addition to The Sanderum Centre team.

Dee Wilder

Dee Wilder joined us in 2021 working two days a week as a Centre Co-Ordinator at our Chinnor offices. Dee has over 20 years of experience as a PA, office management and customer service meaning she has a vast range of secretarial and administrative skills across diverse sectors. Dee is highly motivated, dedicated, and always trying to improve operations within the office – qualities that ensured she got off to a flying start, and made an immediate positive impact in the team.

When Dee is not working, she likes spending time with her family and walking their dog. Dee also is Vice-Chair Governor at her daughter’s school over-looking the strategic development of the school – again, honing skills that complement and enhance her new role here at The Sanderum Centre perfectly.
