We’, ‘Our’, and ‘Us’ refer to The Sanderum Centre Ltd. These Terms & Conditions apply to our ‘Referral Reward Scheme’

• You do not need to be an existing client to participate.
• There is no limit to the number of friends, clients, or contacts you can recommend.
• The referral reward is only valid when the person you recommend signs a Licence Agreement for a minimum term of 4 months and has paid both their deposit and first month’s fee.
• This offer applies to any serviced office size at all of our locations: Chinnor, Thame, and OX9 Thame.
• Offer excludes Flex Space.
• If a referred contact has already been referred by someone else or was introduced to us via a broker or commercial agent, the reward will not apply.
• This offer is not available to employees of The Sanderum Centre Ltd.
• We reserve the right to withdraw or amend this promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• We also reserve the right, at our absolute discretion, to decline a reward if we suspect a breach of these Terms & Conditions or any misuse of this offer.
