1. The Reward

You’ll receive a £400 John Lewis voucher when the person or business you refer:

• Signs a licence agreement with us for a minimum term of four (4) months, and
• Pays both their deposit and first month’s licence fee in full.

2. How to Qualify

To be eligible for the referral reward, you must:

• Register your referral with us in advance (before they contact us directly or are introduced by a broker).
• Allow us to complete a quick check to confirm the referral hasn’t already been received through another channel.
• If a referred contact has already been referred by someone else first or was introduced to us via a broker or commercial agent, the reward will not apply.

3. Payment of Reward

Once the new client has fulfilled the required conditions, your voucher will be sent within 30 days.

4. Additional Notes

• This scheme is open to individuals and businesses.
• You do not have to be a current or previous client to be eligible.
• You can refer more than one person or business – each qualifying referral will be rewarded.
• We reserve the right to amend or withdraw the referral scheme at any time, but all qualifying referrals submitted before any changes will be honoured.
