Contemporary, high specification serviced office space


    We’re extremely excited to be expanding our presence in Thame with a brand new serviced office offering in the heart of the town. On schedule to open its doors in March 2020, OX9 will offer contemporary, high specification office suites, as well as a co-working and meeting space.


      We are working extremely hard to sympathetically refurbish Belmont House on Upper High Street, a handsome Georgian property, in order to transform it into high-end, modern serviced offices. When the building is completed it will include 12 office suites that range from two to three person pods in the courtyard orangery, to a potential 12 person space.

        All offices will enjoy the professional and seamless office services, facilities and support provided by the highly experienced team, and our virtual office offering will also be available.


          In addition to the office suites, OX9 will include The Hub – a co-working space for local professionals with flexible packages to suit. The Cellar will also provide quality meeting space and facilities for residents and co-workers.

When the opportunity to purchase Belmont House arose, we didn’t hesitate, and we can’t wait to officially open our doors in the spring.”
