- Incoming post delivered & outgoing post franked with no mark-up on postal prices

- CAT5E structured cabling & Avaya telephone system
- Toilets & shower
- Kitchen facilities
- Use of common areas
- Recycling scheme
- Invitations to networking events
And here’s the ‘not-small-at-all’ print. What’s NOT included:
- Phone calls – These are standard BT business rates, billed monthly
- Broadband – We give you the freedom and support to install your own, or you can use our standard 8Mb service
- Contents insurance – We’ll be very happy to give advice on the best providers
